use the momentum health app to take a 360 degree video of your standing posture and forward bend test, and the app will create a 3D model of your alignment, curve pattern, and body landmarks (as well as an aI predicted Cobb Angle). This will help teach you more about your body with scoliosis and serves as a triple check that we are prescribing the best exercises custom to your curve pattern!

Unsure about your schroth exercise form? No worries! Send a video of yourself performing any exercise, and Dr. Katie will personally review it. Throughout your 12-week protocol, you'll have three private 1-on-1 check-in calls with Dr. Katie. These sessions are designed to answer your questions, provide ongoing support, help you overcome challenges, and keep you moving toward your specific goals.

Yes. After you join, you’ll submit screenshots of your x-ray or written imaging report, plus pictures of your standing posture. You will also take a scan of your posture using the momentum health app (available in USA only). This allows us to assess your curve pattern and alignment. Based on that, we’ll guide you through which exercises to focus on and how to adjust your posture using the Schroth Method.

Yes, especially with parental support. Teens often benefit from starting conservative scoliosis treatment early, and this program provides a clear roadmap even if there are no Schroth-certified therapists in your area.
While we cannot guarantee a reduction in Cobb angle, we often see teens make faster improvements in posture, alignment, and overall body symmetry compared to adults. Because the spine is generally more flexible and growth plates are still open during adolescence, there is often greater potential for positive change when treatment is started early (and combined with bracing)!
No- the goal of the schroth method is to prevent scoliosis progression, help with pain, and improve your functioning. We typically don't see straightening of the spine in adults with scoliosis, however we DO see improvement in the body landmarks (like shoulder elevation, hip shift, scapular winging, arm space asymmetry, etc). After 3-months you should feel confident in the exercises so that you can become independent in managing your condition.
